Hasnaa G, Class of 2006, is today a Senior Consultant Project Manager IT & Cross‑Functional. Six months after graduating from ILCS Rabat she joined Ericsson and, through dedication and expertise, progressed rapidly into senior roles. She Led the implementation and adoption of tools and systems required for successful project delivery, ensuring that teams had the processes and technology needed to perform. - Jan 2011 – Jan 2013: Solution Configuration Manager, Maghreb Region at Ericsson
She Implemented and communicated the solution configuration management strategy across projects. She managed the configuration control board, controlled changes, conducted audits, and maintained baselines to ensure solution integrity and traceability. - Jan 2013 – Jan 2015: Project Manager (Hybrid)
She developed and maintained project management processes, owned KPIs for tool usage, coordinated with SAP P12 module owners, supported the Project Office with reporting and tools, ensured SOX compliance for customer projects and programs.
